I illustrated and animated an informational video for UHD's occupancy management team. This video visually explained a convoluted process, making the Family and Friends Roommate Option easier to understand. I created the illustrations to be fun in an effort to keep viewers engaged through a tedious relay of information. The video resulted in a 50% reduction of support calls to occupancy staff.
Through a collaborative effort with the Assistant Director of Creative, this illustration style was expanded upon to create new assets for the UT housing portal.
